Through collaborative conversations we work with couples in all phases of partnerships, dating, contemplating marriage, or on the verge of divorce. Together we work to rekindle lost sparks and learn healthy communication habits to express needs and expectations in order to build loving and respectful relationships.

Families

Are you navigating difficult family dynamics or differences? Are you wanting to mend a special relationship with your loved one but not sure how to begin? Maybe you would like to assert boundaries or talk about a difficult topic. 

We welcome you to share a space together to have open and honest conversations. Through genuine conversations and observations, we can address patterns, communication styles, and areas of conflict to help you fulfill your goals and improve connections to begin healing with those you love and care about.


Individuals

Are you feeling emotionally overloaded, experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, anger, or grief? Is life just not where you want it to be? Struggling to make an impactful change in your life or making a series of undersirable choices and not sure why? 

We can help change undesired behaviors and create healthy patterns to bring joy, fulfillment, and self-love back into your life. At various times of our lives we go through a series of transitions or “butt-kicking” events that derail areas of our lives, and for one reason or another may find it difficult to manage the change and get back to where we want to be. We invite you to a space of self-discovery and healing to find what path is best for you to navigate the change you want to see in your life. You are provided the space to be authentic and uncensored to explore and discover the areas of yourself,  not only who you currently are but the YOU, you want to be. 


Chronic Illness

Are you or a loved one having a hard time navigating the world due to a chronic illness? Maybe you have just recieved a diagnosis you weren't expecting, and need a space to vent. Are you a caregiver juggling the care for your loved one and your own personal needs? Therapy is a space to let loose, and talk about the day-to-day things that feel like others don't understand. It can be a place to navigate your personal goals in conjuction with your health needs, and gain tools and techniques to manage your lived experiences.
